2025 OPERATOR NOMINATION FORM

This year, as a part of the 2025 Midwest Transit Conference in Kansas City, MO, we will be recognizing operators for their outstanding commitment to public transit.

As transit providers, we know your operators are working harder than ever, especially during these challenging times. 

Agencies are allowed to submit one operator per mode of transport (i.e. bus, light rail, paratransit).

Please consider nominating one or more of your operators who have gone above and beyond the call of duty over the last year for recognition at the 2025 Midwest Transit Conference. 

Each nominated operator who attends the conference will receive recognition during the event and will receive a discounted conference registration rate if they plan to attend the full conference.

Nominations are limited to one per mode of transport per transit agency.
