2025 MIDWEST TRANSIT CONFERENCE:

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION TO KNOW

Location:

Kansas City Marriott Downtown

200 West 12th Street | Kansas City, MO 64105

Set Up & Tear Down:

• Set Up: Vendors will be able to begin setting up their booths Wednesday, September 3 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The conference welcome reception in the Exhibit Hall will begin at 5:00 pm, so please have set up complete by the start.
• Tear Down: We ask that exhibitors complete tear down between 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4.

Exhibit Hall Show Times:

• Wednesday, September 3:
• 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | The conference welcome reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall during this time. Food and drink will be provided during this event.

• Thursday, September 4:
• 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. | Breakfast will be provided to attendees at the entrance to the Exhibit Hall, with attendees encouraged to visit with exhibitors during this time.
• 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. | Following the morning sessions and prior to the lunch session. Prize drawings from the previous evening will take place during this time. Tear down can begin after 11:00 am.

Shipping Information:

Shipments should be made through the conference exhibitor services vendor, Liberty Exposition Services, Inc. Liberty will reach out to you directly regarding shipping and booth add-on options.

Booth Information:

8’ x 8’ booth. 8’ draped back wall, 3’ draped side dividers, 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket, 1 ID sign (7”x44”), optional electric.

Exhibitor Prize Drawings:

Each exhibitor has the opportunity to donate a prize item to be included in our drawings during the event. Please let us know if you plan to bring a prize for the drawings and what you plan to bring.
